Yesterday I spent $632.78 on the dogs. I spent $40.80 online for a 20# bag of dog food and $17.67 for a different brand and flavor of munchie bones. (Petco changed their munchie bones and I am convinced the changed bones are causing Walter's recent bout of very loose stool). I also spent $574.31 at the vet's office for Walter to have his teeth cleaned and a nail removed. That amount included the pre-anesthetic phsysical exam, hospitalization, anesthesia, rimadyl injection, IV catheter set-up and electronic surgical monitoring. full mouth radiographs, bonded sealant application, doxirobe gel, ampicillin injection and clindamycin take-home antibiotics. Since he is already on 2x/day rimadyl, take-home pain relief was not needed. YTD Expenses: $3599.66.
